Guest Ratings & Reviews
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience! The rooms were spacious with an excellent view of the Chateau Frontenac, and the modern decor added a nice touch. However, the noise level until 11 PM was a bit of an inconvenience. The service was top-notch, always helpful, professional, and accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the old city, right in the heart of everything Quebec City has to offer. As for dining, the delicious meals at a nearby bistro provided great value, especially for $12.50. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a few noise disturbances to consider.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of great experiences with a few downsides. The rooms, with stunning 16-foot windows overlooking Place d'Armes, were spacious and had a very comfortable bed. However, street noise, including street musicians until around 10:30 pm, could be bothersome. The location of being right across from Chateau Frontenac and above the tourist information office was convenient but also brought noise issues.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff. The dining experience was delicious and accommodating. The only downside was the tricky access due to construction in the area, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was incredible, right in the center of Old Quebec City, making it easy to walk around and explore. The room was lovely, with an ice bucket and wine glasses provided, and it was completely quiet, which ensured a peaceful stay. The service was top-notch, with great restaurant recommendations and help securing taxis. The dining experience was amazing, not a buffet but worth the $12. The facilities were just what I needed for a comfortable stay.
Staying at this hotel was a dream. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, located in the heart of Old Quebec City. The service was excellent, with staff who were friendly and accommodating. The location was absolutely fantastic for exploring the city. The dining experience exceeded expectations. A delightful stay overall!
The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Quebec City, close to Petit Champlain and Notre Dame. The rooms, although a bit chaotic at times, offer a good value for money. The service provided was lovely and very helpful. The dining options, especially at the partner-restaurant, offer great value. The location is ideal for walking around the old city and enjoying the nearby attractions.
