I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience! The rooms were spacious with an excellent view of the Chateau Frontenac, and the modern decor added a nice touch. However, the noise level until 11 PM was a bit of an inconvenience. The service was top-notch, always helpful, professional, and accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the old city, right in the heart of everything Quebec City has to offer. As for dining, the delicious meals at a nearby bistro provided great value, especially for $12.50. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a few noise disturbances to consider.

Staying at this hotel was a mix of great experiences with a few downsides. The rooms, with stunning 16-foot windows overlooking Place d'Armes, were spacious and had a very comfortable bed. However, street noise, including street musicians until around 10:30 pm, could be bothersome. The location of being right across from Château Frontenac and above the tourist information office was convenient but also brought noise issues.
